 and the guided instructions by Melanie on relaxing positions, gentle yoga and mediation. The atmosphere was so peaceful - like a cave, and the vibrations from the sound bowls really made for a deep, immersive experience!

After looking and attending a few studios I decided on Ren Yoga. It’s a small, sweet space with classes for all abilities. The teachers I’ve had so far have been wonderful. The class size is perfect for me and there are quite a few classes each day so easy to attend. I’m so happy to have found Ren!

It is such a welcoming and inclusive space for all. There are a variety of classes for all interests and ability levels. I love that there is an emphasis on meditation and energy healing as well. Taking classes here and being a part of this community is an essential part of my spiritual practice and overall well-being. The community is very welcoming and supportive. It is a safe space to heal mind, body, and spirit. Pueblo is so lucky to have Ren Yoga Flow!
