At Ren Yoga Flow & Healing, our studio's name holds a special place in our hearts—it’s named after our beloved dog, Ren. His name symbolizes love in Chinese and represents a lotus flower and benevolence in Japanese, perfectly embodying the essence of our practice. Ren is more than just a name; he's a cherished member of our community.
Ren is always by my side, whether I'm teaching a class or offering one-on-one healing sessions. Our community adores him, and he radiates love and comfort to everyone he meets. Though he's not officially certified, Ren is both an emotional support animal and a therapy dog, bringing joy and serenity to our studio space. We invite you to visit us and experience the warmth and love that Ren shares with everyone—come and meet him!
Melanie is such a personable instructor who makes you feel at ease and usually laugh right away!! You never feel out of place or out of your league in Ren Yoga classes. You may go into class a stranger but you will leave with a whole new group of friends by the time class is over!! Can't wait to be able to take one of the field trips that are offered as change up from the regular scheduled classes. I would highly recommend any of the classes that Ren Yoga Flow offers!
My family and I were not prepared with equipment for yoga, but Melanie had everything set up for us to be successful in her class. The atmosphere was inviting. The class itself was soothing.

After looking and attending a few studios I decided on Ren Yoga. It’s a small, sweet space with classes for all abilities. The teachers I’ve had so far have been wonderful. The class size is perfect for me and there are quite a few classes each day so easy to attend. I’m so happy to have found Ren!
